Room 3- Helen Lemasurier
Helen teaches in our cooperative unit for our children
starting school. She is the schools Assistant Principal
and takes responsibility for our Junior School. She
also is responsible for Special Needs and Literacy
through out the school. Helen brings a wealth of
experience to our school. Helen loves to play squash
and be actively involved in her spare time. |

Nichol
Donna is a real asset to our
school. She brings her passion for teaching and her
expertise of literacy. Donna is giving management release
at present but from term 3 will be teaching in 4A with
our year 0 children. |

Lisa Mason

Lisa is a dynamic teacher who is job sharing with Donna. She is a team
player who enjoys teaching. Lisa is always well prepared
and her enthusiasm and organization make her an asset
to have about the place. She enjoys all outdoor activities
and is keen on most fitness activities. |

Rachel returns to us after having twin girls. Rachel is teaching our Year 2 children and brings a wealth of experience and skills to these children. Rachel enjoys going to the gym but much of her time is devoted to her 2 girls at present. |

Christine is job sharing with Rachel she also has a young daughter. Christine is full of life and fun. |

Jan Lee |
Room 6 - Jan Lee
Jan teaches a Year 2 & 3 class. In addition to the delivery
of strong literacy programmes, Jan has a special interest
in The Arts, Science and Environmental Education.
Every school needs to have someone to bring humour to the staffroom and Jan
provides us with that. |

Debbie Garth |
Room 13 - Debbie Garth
Debbie comes to us from College. She has a strong desire to teach and loves working here at Fairfield with Year 2. |

Karen Duncan |
Learning Support - Karen Duncan
Karen provides valuable support in our Junior Division
for our oral language programme and also for literacy.
Karen enjoys life and has a busy time with her daughters
dancing. |

Heather Brown |
Room 5 – Heather Brown
Heather is a senior teacher in the Year 3&4 area
of our school. She brings a wealth of experience to
this area and is respected by all. Heather brings to
our school special strengths in The Arts, Literacy
and Numeracy. She enjoys a wide range of personal interests
in her spare time and supports her husband with sailing. |

Jo-Cook Bonney

Room 7 - Jo-Cook Bonney
Jo is teaching in 2009
ai a class of year 6 children. Jo has a very
stimulating class environment, which supports children’s
learning. Jo has quickly become involved in all aspects
of life her at Fairfield. |

Matthew Curtis |
Room 12 - Matthew Curtis
Matthew teaches a Year 4 class. He brings excitement and fun to the childrens day with drama and dance. Matthew has strengths also in ICT and fitness. He has a busy life and his family keep him on his toes. |

Anthony Breese |
Room10 – Anthony Breese
He job shares this class with Rachel Kilsby,teaching
Inquiry Learning in the afternoons and all day Friday.
He is a co leader in our ICT development. Anthony also
is responsible for our Rock band and music in the Senior
Division plus assembly. He enjoys miniball and touch
rugby and takes school teams in these areas. Anthony
is enthusiastic about the school. He leads a busy
life in his spare time playing his guitar at social
functions. |

Rachelle Kilsby |
Rachelle Kilsby
Rachelle joined our team in 2005 looking after the
gifted classes. This year she is job sharing with Anthony
Breese. She teaches literacy and numeracy in the morning
as this is her passion.Rachelle is a neat methodical
worker who prides herself on being organised. She has
an affinity with gifted education and oversees this
at our school. |

Lauglan is a new teacher to Fairfield School this year. he has strengths in co-optive learning and P.E. Lauglan spends his spare time involved in sporting activities.

Room 11 – Michelle Garforth
Michelle joined our school in 2004 and has made a
big impact in the school. Michelle teaches a group
of Year 4 children. She has an interest in
The Arts,Gifted Education and I.C.T. Michelle is
kept busy by her young family and she is well organised
to fit everything into her life.

Room 9 – Hamish McDonald
Hamish has been a key member of our staff with Habits
Of The Mind. He leads the Senior Division and is
the school’s Deputy Principal. Hamish brings
fun to the school and a balance of life. He is a
key person in the management of our ICT programmes
and our EOTC experiences we offer children in the
school. Hamish has an interest in all physical activities
and loves working on his Chevy. |

Gail is a very experienced teacher who has
a strong association with the school.A truly valued
member of the school.Gail works hard to have a balance
in her life with 3 children. She is releasing Hamish from his class 4 mornings a week.

Andy Larson |
Principal Andy Larson
Andy has been Principal of Fairfield School since 1998.
He has been in teaching since 1977 and a Principal
since 1982. Andy provides strong leadership and guidance
for our children and staff. He has an open door and
is always keen to talk about new initiatives for Fairfield
school. Andy has an infectious sense of humour and
enjoys the humour of children and adults alike. He
enjoys all sports and loves his daily Gym sessions.

Executive Officer – Sue Grave
Sue joined our team in 2003. She provides a warm welcome
for visitors to the school and is a valuable member
of the team.
As Executive Officer Sue work is associated with the running of the Office
and the Schools Finances and Management. Sue has a love for sport and is still
actively involved. |

Jock Howard

Caretaker/Cleaner – Jock Howard
Jock is responsible for the welfare of the school
grounds. He also does most of the general maintenance
of the school. A valuable handyman, who enjoys his
job. |

Cheryl is taking P.E. through the school and giving release to teachers. Cheryl is able to teach all areas of the school. Cheryl is full of fun and is a people person. She loves her garden and keeping fit. |

Alison Tay |
Music Specialist – Alison Tay
Alison started teaching music at Fairfield
School 3 years ago. In that time we have seen music programmes
blossom. Children want to be in her classes and work
hard to get there. She not only takes recorder but our
school Ensemble and Orchestra.
Alison is indeed a valued member of our staff. She is kept very busy with her
family and Gifted Education in her spare time. |

Jane Wilden

Jane is giving release to our management team and is also taking sounfs Alive support. Jane can teach all areas of the school. She has a wonderful sense of humour and is a real asset to the school. |

Jackie provides Reading Recovery programmes to 4 children
each day. She also provides valuable release for teaching
staff. Jackie is kept busy in her recreation time with
3 healthy boys. |

Krystene is responsible for the overall management
of our library. She has an infectious enthusiasm for
her work, which sees children rushing to the library
at lunch times. Krystene is also kept busy with her
family in her spare time. |

Glenis provides support
to our teachers with making resources and assisting
them with class materials. She is also involved with
PMP and Road patrol. She is a systematic worker who
thrives on having plenty to do. |
